These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of QRLike (the "Service"), operated by [Company Legal Name] ("QRLike", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

QRLike lets you create static and dynamic QR codes, host QR information pages, track scan analytics, and manage QR codes within team workspaces. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and workspace. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Free trial

New workspaces include a 14-day free trial with up to 5 QR codes and 2,000 scans, no credit card required. When the trial ends, you must upgrade to a paid plan to keep your QR codes active. If you do not upgrade, your QR codes are retained for a 5-day grace period and then removed.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. Our order process and payments are conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, and applicable sales tax/VAT. Prices are shown in USD and exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your chosen payment method until you cancel.

5. Refunds & cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your workspace billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid period.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment for a paid plan — if you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of that payment for a full refund. Beyond this window, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Refunds are processed by Paddle.com.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute QR codes that link to unlawful, fraudulent, malicious, phishing, or infringing content, or to violate any applicable law or third-party rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you put into your QR codes and information pages. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to any content, logos, and data you upload.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, remains our property. These Terms do not grant you any right to our branding except as needed to use the Service.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and associated data may be deleted.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
